Reservations
For your reservation, you are required to prepay an amount equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay to our company’s bank account, which we will provide to you, or via IRIS.
- The day of arrival is considered a full day for rent, regardless of the time of arrival.
- Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00 & check-out time is by 11:00.
- If you arrive earlier, please call us. If your studio is ready, you can check in.
- If you plan to arrive late, please let us know.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the prepayment will be refunded. In all other cases, the prepayment is retained. In case of early departure, the guest is required to pay compensation equal to 50% of the value of the remaining days.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Payments
The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, Pay.
Additionally, payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or through the IRIS system.
Kitchen Use in Studios
Please turn off the air conditioning when cooking and open the windows and ventilation. Tenants are responsible for cleaning dishes and cooking utensils, not the cleaning service.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studios and indoor areas.
